Final leg of 2019 Almased Dressage Amateurs

We are now approaching the final show in this year’s Almased Dressage Tournament, the World Cup Herning, Denmark on 16-20 October 2019. Alongside the World Cup qualifier for the 2019-2020 Wester European League World Cup and the Almased Dressage Amateurs you find CDI*** small and big tour classes as well as jumping.

The Almased Tournament is a unique opportunity for upcoming riders to join the professionals and participate in the same surroundings as some of the world’s best dressage riders. In Herning the amateurs will be judged by 3-5* judges including Susanne Baarup, Kurt Christensen, Lone Dichmann, Magnus Ringmark, Alice Schwab, Thomas Lang, Mats Eriksson, and Mariette Sanders-Van Gansewinkel.

So far the tournament has been held in Mannheim, Uggerhalne, Hamburg and Leudelange. The tournament kicked off at CDI Mannheim before it then moved to Uggerhalne in the northern part of Jutland, Denmark, the home show of organizer Jens Trabjerg and Andreas Helgstrand. After another great show in Uggerhalne, the tournament went on to CDI Hamburg, one of the most prestigious dressage and show jumping competitions in Germany. For the fourth leg, the tournament crossed borders to arrive in Leudelange, and now it has come to the final leg in this years’ Almased Dressage Tournament, World Cup Herning, Denmark.

"The success of our tournament is the result of this being a completely new opportunity for the amateurs," said organizer Jens Trabjerg. "We enabled amateur riders to compete at spectacular shows, where they had some great and unforgettable experiences."
