Welcome to Almased Dressage Amateurs - The only dressage amateurs tournament in Europe
For the third time the succesfull Almased Dressage Amateurs tournament is held. This year it will be Denmark and Germany welcoming the tournament.
Both Denmark and Germany has hosted this tournament before, and even more organiseres are now interested in this new concept, that allows amateurs to compete at spectacular horseshows.
Therefore you will see cities such as Balve, Donaueschingen and Verden hosting the tournament for the first time, as well as Hamburg and Herning both hosting the tournament for the third time.
On behalf of Almased, we welcome both new as old host cities, and expect great shows and unforgetable experiences for both riders, spectators and the organisers.
The 2020 Almased Dressage Amateurs takes place in:
20th - 24th May: Hamburg in Germany
5th - 9th of August: Verden in Germany
13th - 16th of August: Donaueschingen in Germany
17th - 20th of September: Balve in Germany
14th - 18th of October: World Cup, Herning in Denmark
Almased Dressage Amateurs is the only international dressage tournament for amateurs.
The shows are open for dressage riders from 26 years and up, who are not already ranked on the FEI World Ranking List.
Almased encourage that it will only be amateurs participating at the tournament, and therefore we expect that riders who are training or riding on a professional level, should not compete in this tournament.
Each event will have 2 categories; Small Tour (Prix st. Georg and Intermediate 1) and Big Tour (Intermediate 2 and Grand Prix).
Each of the categories will have two competitions per event and there will be a maximum of 24 riders in total.
The riders have to be entered by their own national federation through the FEI entry system.
